It all sounds draconian and many people will agree that it certainly is but its not entirely without reason since bots, hacker and gold seller was 1 of the major reason that led to the initial shutdown of dfo under nexon among other faults (its nexon, leave it to them to fk up a game) back in 2013 but neople dont want this to be a possibility again and if you believe them neople has even confirmed that the first few years after they brough dfo back was actually plagued by chargeback frauds which is what led to the current trade-bans for newcomers until verified since potential scammers/bots arent the sort to send a ticket to support Yea there is a lot of new player ban but not explicitly for no reason but rather its neople's own perceived necessary evil to vet bots and potential scammersīasically there is a very strict and sensitive security system in place that will automatically flag accounts for a variety of reason like cheat engine for a different game open in the background and vm ware among other things including simply just trade-banning/locking new accounts automatically until they send in a ticket to customer support about it which may be conflated with a straight up ban Is there any merit to the former complaint?
